Timolin
Timolin
Timolin is an elegant, light-footed stallion of exceptional quality showing outstanding paces with a lot of athleticism as is shown in his jumping ability. Heads turn where ever he walks with him eluding presence and natural self-carriage. He is thought to be a refining sire and is expected to produce quality foals for dressage and probably for eventing with his ground covering strides and great jumping ability. His temperament is ideal for both disciplines.

His Sire, Totilas was World and European Dressage Champion, the first horse to win all three available gold medals at a World Equestrian Games in 2010. His name is legendary and was the first dressage horse to top 90% at Grand Prix level and at that time held 3 world record scores.
His dam, the International Small Tour Dressage mare Samira, was ridden by Jane Gregory and is by the Dutch stallion Sion.
Timolin was presented at the BEF Futurity as a yearling in 2012 where he was awarded the Overall highest score of all Dressage Yearlings with a score of 9.38. A very good Elite score.
In 2013, as a two year old he was shown at both The Royal Bath & West Show and Devon County where he won his classes and was Sports Horse Champion at both shows. He also did the Futurity in 2013 where he was Reserve Overall Dressage Champion two year old with a score of 9.34. He was also graded as BWBS stallion this year.
In 2014, as a three year old he again was presented at the BEF Futurity where he was the Overall highest score of all dressage three year olds with a score of 9.43. This score of 9.43 is the highest score recorded so far ever for a three year old dressage horse and he has the highest scoring average of any horse or pony ever, presented at the Futurities three times. He also attended the Sport Horse Breeding of Great Britain Stallion Grading where he was Graded and Champion.
As a four year old he began with winning the Blue Chip Flat Sport Horse Class at the Royal Windsor Horse Show, going on to win the Finals at the National Hunter Show, where he also won the Supreme Champion of all Sport Horses of all ages. Not bad for a 4 year old! He also qualified for the Shearwater Potential 4 year dressage horse finals. He qualified for the Dressage Winter Regionals at Novice Open in only 2 outings with 72.32%, 68.75%, 73.87% and 71.92% with Rebecca Morris. His start under the BD New Competition Structure now allows Lizzie Murray to compete him in Novice Gold and he is well on his way to Summer qualification.
Progeny
Timolin’s first crop of foals produced 2 BEF Elite and 2 BEF Higher Firsts, who were the only ones presented. He has stamped all of his foals with his fantastic front, well positioned necks with sloping shoulders who are easy to handle. All are short coupled with powerful, uphill paces and huge look at me factor, all qualities that are sought after in the modern competition horse for all disciplines. He had the winning Sport Horse Foal at Kent County and Champion and Reserve at the National Hunter Show, again in the Sport Horse Classes.
