Rebecca (Becky) Morris

Becky, originally from Pembrokeshire, West Wales, started her equestrian career after completing her A Levels with eventer Nick Turner and was his travelling groom.   In 2004 she joined Catherston as a student and completed her BHS Stage 3 and PTT.  She also competed the young horses and in 2007 rode Catherston Springsteen in the Young Riders at Le Touquet and was Short Listed for the Young Rider Europeans.  Becky also won the British Dressage Talent Spotting competition that year.   She then went for a short time to the Pidgleys and then as 2nd rider to Gemma Green where she competed Zolansky  at the Winter and National Championships.  In 2011 she exercised race horses and was yard manager to racehorse trainer Rebecca Curtis and then spent some time travelling the world before returning to Catherston in the summer 2015 as a senior rider.  Becky also has her Diploma in Equine Sports Massage and her HGV licence.
